Hayley is an Internationally Certified Yoga Teacher specialising in Yin, Yoga Therapy for Addictions / Depression, Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga-Vinyasa. She is also an Advanced Certified Mat-Based Pilates Instructor, as well as a classically trained ballet dancer, an intuitive energy healer and trained bodyworker.
Hayley has over 9 years experience teaching globally -  guest teaching, collaborating, and holding retreats in locations in and around New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Mexico, Guatemala, Thailand, New Zealand and parts of Europe. Hayley is passionate about sharing the gift of Yoga, Pilates & Reiki assisting and guiding others onto their own unique path as she embraces her own spiritual journey.
In a restorative phase in her own life, Hayley is being moved deeper into her passion for Yin Yoga - an intense healing yoga practice, inviting relaxation to your body and mind.  It combines meditation and mindfulness for the mind and restoration of fascia, tendons, ligaments, joints and connective tissue in the body.
As a Reiki Healer and with her knowledge of Chinese Medicine, Hayley works with the Meridians and Chakra system to balance and re-align not only the physical, and the mental but also the energetic body; Looking a little deeper at the physical manifestations of emotional or energetic blockages to bring balance to the entire being.



Fiona specialises in Somatic Health, with a focus on sexuality and relationships. She encourages us to safely explore methods of movement and play with forms of vibration as a way of understanding ourselves better in relation to the world.  Through curiosity, we are led though simple, yet healing processes that bring balance back to all body systems. 

Fiona is a TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) Global Certification Trainer, presenting in Thailand, Romania, Portugal and South Africa. She practices and teaches Taoist Energy techniques and meditations, and has created ” Nectar – Sexual Wisdom & Alchemy”, a practical, safe and accessible program, practicing the transformation of Jing Chi (sexual energy) for health and lifestyle benefits. She has contributed to Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Shape, Women's Health and O 

Fiona has worked, shared and studied with some inspiring people including Master Mantak ChiaCaroline MyssWayne DyerBill Kauth , Liz Koch and her TRE® Mentor, Dr David Berceli.  In her practice she also includes, Cranio-sacral therapy,  Chi Nei Tsang (Taoist Visceral massage), Kinesiology, Breath work, Psychic Surgery and Chi Kung. These approaches aim to uncover deep- seated blockages, which may manifest as persistent health difficulties.
